• Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment is received.

We currently deliver to the USA & UK only.

• USA: Delivery within 5–14 business days

• UK: Delivery within 5–14 business days

(Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days depending on order volume and courier delays.)

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

• Please allow up to 2–3 days for tracking details to update.

Changes to Orders

• If you need to make changes (size, color, address, etc.), please email us at trenzyiacontact@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Once your order is shipped, we cannot make changes.
